Catwalk Confidence and Dr. Legs team up with Dress for Success! Event Monday April 27th 7pm

The Tesla Group is proud to announce that we will be hosting a special Dress for Success Catwalk Confidence class! Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S), a division of Dress for Success has chosen DR. LEGS to host the fitness division of their workshops! At these workshops members of the Y.E.S! group, clients, and executives of Dress for Success will come together to promote their favorite cause...empowering women!

Young Executives for Success (Y.E.S!) is a volunteer branch of Dress for Success composed of female executives from varying industries who share the common goal of promoting awareness for Dress for Success. Y.E.S! provides its members with fundraising and networking opportunities to champion the mission of Dress for Success.

Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization offering services designed to help disadvantaged women by providing them with professional attire, a network of support, and the career development tools to help them find jobs and remain employed. Since 1997, Dress for Success has served almost 450,000 women around the world.

Unless you aren't embarassed walking like a horse or falling on your face....you must practice standing and walking in these stilettos before going out!! Varicose Veins?....Not me!

One of the greatest aspects of having a sexy pair of legs is showing them off! Come summer, I celebrate my femininity by trying to only wear skirts - of course this is difficult when I'm at the hospital but any other time I'm definately sporting the skirts and heels.

If you are a woman who loves to wear skirts but is concerned by the beginnings of varicose veins do not worry! There are things that you can do to prevent the progression of these varicose veins or even prevent their formation altogether.

How? You ask. Follow these simple Rx Sexy steps to combat varicose veins!

1. Do not cross your legs! I know this is easier said than done - especially when wearing a skirt. Since veins, unlike arteries, do not have a muscular wall they require our muscle contractions to push blood flow all the way from the toes against gravity back up to the heart....pretty impressive! And kinda makes sense why varicose veins and venous insufficiency is so common. So get moving and keep those muscles contracting!!
